Job summary

Samsara Eco in Canberra is seeking a Communications and Brand Manager to transform ideas into stories and impact. You’ll craft clear messaging across brand, media, campaigns and internal comms, shaping how Samsara shows up as we scale.

Bring 5–8 years in communications, with a track record in fast-moving tech or biotech, strong storytelling, writing and presentation skills, and experience coordinating with leaders, media and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in communications, brand, PR or marketing, ideally in a fast-moving start-up or scale-up.
• Experience in-house or agency-side with deep-tech or biotech companies is preferred.
• Global brand or international market experience is highly regarded.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate complex ideas into clear messages.
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience building relationships with media, government and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with leadership teams including founders and C-suite executives.
• Proficiency with digital marketing, social media, design, video and analytics tools.
