Adidas Australia is opening a brand new Factory Outlet in Galleria, Perth, and seeks an Advanced Retail Professional/Sales Floor Supervisor for a full-time role. You’ll help launch the store, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding adidas standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a retail team leader in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Knowledge of stockroom procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering optimal consumer experience.
• Lead by example to maintain high service and selling standards and inspire the team to meet commercial goals.
• Represent adidas brand values and products in an engaging way to customers.
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising standards and ensure stock replenishment on the floor.
• Train and coach team to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
• Coordinate team to ensure efficient inventory processing and stock-to-floor flow.
• Share best practices to improve overall store performance.
