adidas Australia opens a brand new Factory Outlet in the Galleria, Perth, seeking a Part-Time Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to support store leadership and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will help achieve store targets, coach the team, uphold visual merchandising standards, and manage stock-to-floor processes while embodying adidas values. This role offers a competitive salary, employee discounts, and development within a global brand.

Qualifications

• Permanent legal rights to work in Australia or New Zealand.
• Experience as Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
• Pre-employment credit and criminal history check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering optimal consumer experience.
• Lead by example to maintain service and selling standards and inspire the team to meet commercial goals.
• Represent the adidas brand and product offerings in an engaging way.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are followed and stock-to-floor replenishment is adequate.
• Train and coach team to develop service skills and product knowledge.
• Coordinate team to optimize inventory processing and stock-to-floor flow.
• Share best practices to drive overall store performance.
