Job summary

Beiersdorf Australia is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to bridge Sales and Marketing, delivering strategic BTL activations and POP solutions while partnering with the Head of Customer Marketing to align plans with Retail Sales Channel objectives. This role focuses on developing activation plans, executing brand strategy, and managing budgets and POS/POP initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

The candidate should have a business-related degree (Marketing preferred) and 1–2 years’

Qualifications

• Business-related degree, preferably with a Marketing major.
• 1–2 years' experience in Customer Marketing, Marketing, or Sales within FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Develop Retail Environment activation plans aligned with brand direction and sales objectives across Australia/New Zealand.
• Execute brand strategy in line with customer strategy to deliver activations that drive category growth and brand equity.
• Fulfil planning and business development presentation requirements.
• Review BTL activation plans to ensure optimal ROI.
