PZ Cussons is seeking an early career Brand Manager or experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team at 510 Church St, Richmond with hybrid working. The role supports iconic brands across Homecare, Baby or Beauty, offering mentorship and development in a state-of-the-art Melbourne office.

Work on Morning Fresh, Radiant, St Tropez, and other brands, collaborating across functions to deliver strategic plans and compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business/Commerce and ideally 2-3+ years' experience as a Brand Manager, experienced Assistant Brand Manager or in an equivalent role, preferably in an FMCG environment

Responsabilités

• Define and develop brand strategies including 3-5 year plans and detailed operating plans.
• Monitor category/brand performance and develop marketing communication plans.
• Manage NPD projects through Stage-Gate process.
• Collaborate with Sales to win with key partners; participate in category reviews and customer engagements.
• Lead marketing implementation of growth plans with timely and cost-efficient execution.
