PZ Cussons is seeking a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager to join the Marketing team in a hybrid setup at our Cremorne office. You will craft brand strategies, lead cross-functional projects and drive development across Morning Fresh, Radiant, St Tropez, and other brands.

This role suits a proactive, detail-oriented professional with FMCG experience. You will partner with Sales to win with key retailers and manage integrated marketing communications, with a strong emphasis on creative

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Commerce or equivalent.
• 2–3+ years experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager or similar FMCG role.
• Experience in Homecare, Baby or Beauty brands is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define and articulate winning brand strategies including 3–5 year plans and detailed operational plans.
• Monitor and interpret brand performance and develop marketing communications plans.
• Manage NPD/category innovations through Stage-Gate processes.
• Collaborate with Sales to set strategies with key customers and participate in category reviews.
• Lead marketing execution ensuring timely, cost-compliant delivery of growth plans.
