Found People in Australia seeks a hands-on Brand Manager to lead a portfolio of technical AV brands. You will blend brand strategy, product planning and sales enablement to drive growth, profitability and market share within professional and commercial audio solutions.

This collaborative role requires close work with Australian sales teams and international manufacturers to position products effectively, forecast demand, manage stock, and deliver training, technical support and market feedback

Qualifications

• 3+ years brand, product or category management experience.
• Experience with technical products or audio visual technology solutions.
• Understanding of audio systems and related technologies.
• Experience with forecasting, purchasing and inventory management.
• Good technical problem-solving ability.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Pronto desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales forecasting, purchasing and inventory levels.
• Work closely with sales teams to support brand growth.
• Liaise with international manufacturers and suppliers.
• Provide product and application support to customers and sales teams.
• Deliver product training and prepare product information.
• Provide market feedback and brand performance updates.
• Support customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
• Manage loan stock, aged inventory and supplier credits.
