Talent Web Recruitment partnered with an established Australian financial services business to recruit an Events & Brand Activation Specialist for a parental leave contract starting in December. The role leads a diverse programme of client events, brand activations and milestones including the tenth anniversary and a major 2027 conference.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Partnerships to deliver memorable experiences that strengthen client

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering events, conferences or brand activations end to end.
• Strong project management, budget and supplier management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues.

Mansioni

• Plan and deliver corporate events, client experiences, conferences and brand activations from concept through to execution.
• Lead key anniversary celebrations and contribute to a major business-wide conference in 2027.
• Manage event budgets, venues, suppliers, agencies and logistics.
• Develop creative experiences and activations that support brand awareness and client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with business objectives.
• Evaluate event performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to an Events Coordinator.
