Job summary

Colliers in Sydney is seeking a proactive Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join our Real Estate Management Services team. This entry-to-mid level role supports marketing materials, presentations, digital content, and client submissions to help Colliers stay at the forefront of commercial real estate.

You’ll work closely with experienced marketing pros, gain exposure to a leading real estate business, and develop skills across campaigns, events, and branded content in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Recent completion of a Graphic Design or Marketing course or degree.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign & PowerPoint is essential.
• 1–2 years of corporate experience, in a similar role preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver winning submissions, proposals and client presentations.
• Coordinate multiple projects and manage deadlines.

Qualifications

Ideally you will bring:
