Sass Collective is seeking a creative Brand & Content Manager to bring our four fashion brands to life. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll turn ideas into content, campaigns and moments that connect with customers and grow online channels across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Formación

• 2–3+ years in marketing, social or content, ideally in fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail.
• Confident creating short-form video and social content from concept to posting.
• Hands‑on experience with organic social, EDM and influencer marketing.
• Strong eye for creative and understanding of what makes content work on each platform.
• Comfortable with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Klaviyo.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple brands and deadlines.
• Clear, engaging writing with adaptable tone across brands.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude in a growing team.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver the marketing calendar across all four brands, covering product drops, seasonal campaigns, sales moments and key retail dates.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activity across organic social, EDM, digital and content to build an engaged community and grow brand awareness.
• Coordinate and help create content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including short-form video, product content, styling and campaign creative.
• Coordinate photoshoots and content production, briefing photographers, stylists and creators and keeping projects on time and on budget.
• Build relationships with influencers and creators to grow each brand’s reach and community.
• Track and report on content and campaign performance, sharing insights to help improve what we create.
