Bell Financial Group is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team across the Bell Potter Securities, Bell Direct, Tandem Securities and Desktop Broker brands. You will craft client and adviser communications, help run events, and drive onboarding messaging to create a cohesive brand experience.

Ideal candidates bring a marketing qualification, 2–5 years in a coordinator role, strong writing skills, and familiarity with Canva, MailChimp and WordPress.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in marketing.
• 2-5 years experience in a marketing coordinator role.
• Strong interest or experience in branding, design and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency or a strong willingness to learn the Adobe Create Suite.
• Familiarity with Canva, MailChimp and WordPress is highly regarded.
• Knowledge and interest in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content for client and adviser communications such as newsletters, eDMs, campaigns and client updates.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of events calendar, including client and adviser events, conferences, PD days and webinars.
• Support client activation and onboarding communications, helping to deliver a seamless and engaging experience for clients across Bell Financial Group brands.
• Coordinate change management communications to ensure clients and advisers are kept informed of product, platform or service changes clearly and effectively.
• Produce educational content tailored to different client segments to support engagement and product adoption.
• Manage and maintain client communication templates, collateral, flyers and presentations to ensure assets reflect current brand standards.
• Assist with client analytics and insights, reporting on communications channels as they relate to client and adviser content.
• Support the development of pitch and sales materials to assist business development.
