Job summary

Henderson Advocacy, Australia's leading buyers agency, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to sit inside our busy marketing engine. This hands-on role offers exposure to launching offers, email campaigns, copywriting, social, content design, and landing pages, with systems that tie it all together.

You'll work across creative and analytical tasks, drafting social captions in the morning and pulling campaign performance numbers in the afternoon.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, communications or design role.
• Degree in marketing or related field.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Canva, email platforms, CRM and social scheduling.
• Ability to switch between creative and analytical work.
• Self-driven and organized.
• Sydney-based and able to work full time in the office.

Responsibilities

• Support all parts of the marketing function: launches, emails, copywriting, social, content design, landing pages.
• Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
• Help build systems that hold marketing efforts together.
• Learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility.
• Aim to become a right-hand across the marketing function.
