Job summary

Bellrock Broking Pty is seeking a Marketing & Communications Associate in Sydney to lead and support B2B campaigns, strengthen brand awareness, and drive lead generation across our national offices. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing & Communications and contribute to multi-channel marketing initiatives.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in marketing, strong content and digital skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ full-time marketing experience, ideally within a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, content creation, digital campaigns and lead generation, with experience across Google Ads, SEO, GA4 and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content across internal and external communications.
• A team player who can collaborate and communicate confidently with a range of internal stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, creative and highly organised, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and take ownership in a growing business.
• A creative eye with attention to detail and ability to deliver brand consistency across a range of channels
• Hands-on experience across CRM, website platforms, EDM, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Video editing highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver B2B marketing strategies targeting Bellrock’s distinct professional audience segments.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn and email marketing, using data and ROI to continually improve performance.
• Create and promote engaging content across website, social media, EDMs and marketing materials.
• Support on presentation and document design, internal and external engagement events, and industry partnerships, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and impact.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance to understand what’s working, identify opportunities and continually improve our marketing impact.
• Work closely with Advisors and colleagues across the business to understand priorities, uncover engagement opportunities and turn them into marketing success stories.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for executing communications and marketing campaigns over the gamut of B2B marketing channels. You’ll play a key role in building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, strengthening relationships with our client and partner base and supporting business growth across our 5 locations nationally.
