Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; NMLS registration or eligibility preferred.
• Minimum 1 year banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales/production goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through needs-based conversations to drive differentiating service.
• Process teller transactions and balance cash daily with accuracy.
• Develop product knowledge and cross-sell across lines of business.
• Educate customers on digital channels and educate on available tools (Online/Mobile Banking, DocuSign).
• Identify lending needs and refer to appropriate banking specialists.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML policies and branch procedures.
