Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Branch Technologies Manager to lead the technology that powers our branches, offices and distribution centres. You will oversee end-user devices, identity, SaaS platforms and on-site networking, while shaping the roadmap to improve site efficiency.

You will lead senior technical specialists, uplift engineering capability, partner with Reecetech and vendors to ensure reliable tech that supports field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in IT operations across multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management, identity, Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices.
• Clear communication and business-focused thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across systems administration, networking and end-user computing.
• Own service quality and operational performance for branch technology.
• Drive transition toward cloud-native, automation-first, IaC approaches.
• Lead tech delivery for new branches and relocations.
• Shape device and site technology roadmap, including hardware and automation.
• Manage vendor relationships, reviews, reporting and budgets.
