Job summary

Reece is seeking a Branch Technologies Manager to lead a senior technical team responsible for branch technology, end-user devices, identity, SaaS platforms and on-site networking across a large, distributed environment.

You will drive operational excellence, transition to cloud-native and IaC practices, and partner with vendors to deliver reliable technology for branch teams and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in IT operations across multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management and identity tools.
• Practical experience with networking, telephony and device lifecycle management.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code, Git workflows and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to turn technical details into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across systems administration, networking and end-user computing.
• Own service quality and operational performance for branch technology.
• Drive transition toward cloud-native, automation-first, IaC workflows.
• Lead technology delivery for new branches, refurbishments, relocations, offices and DCs.
• Shape device and site technology roadmaps, including hardware and automation.
• Manage vendor relationships, service reviews, budgets and continuous improvement.
