Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue administration and applying policies when making decisions.
• Ability to research complex or technical enquiries and develop data-driven insights.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across teams and forums.

Responsibilities

• Undertake core tasks within the relevant revenue line and update data, briefs, and reports reflecting decisions.
• Provide advice to resolve complex or technical enquiries and conduct data modelling and trend analysis.
• Lead or participate in branch forums (Business Revenue Leadership Forum, Connect Days) and contribute to projects and knowledge management.
• Support management to develop a positive culture, meet service targets, and provide leadership in the Team Leader’s absence.
• Assist in delivering operational service improvements and maintain high standards of performance and timeliness.
