Job summary

Plumbers Co-op is seeking a hands-on Delivery and Customer Service Associate to join our branch team. You’ll blend in-branch tasks with direct to member deliveries, ensuring accurate order fulfilment and exceptional service.

You will pack orders, log deliveries in our system, aid stock management, and provide friendly support at the counter and on the road, with clear paths for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is welcome but not required.
• Clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods to our members.
• Use our computer system to track, log, and complete delivery runs accurately.
• Assist with branch stock management and inventory activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, including over-the-counter sales to members.
• Contribute to the team’s success by being a supportive and proactive team member.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy branch to create a welcoming environment for everyone.
