Job summary

Plumbers Co-op is seeking a branch team member to blend deliveries, customer service, and growth opportunities as part of our dynamic on-site operations.

You will pick and pack orders, load delivery vehicles, log deliveries in our system, and help maintain stock while providing friendly service to members.

No two days are the same; a willingness to learn and build a career with us is valued.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and can-do attitude.
• MR Drivers licence desirable.
• Basic computer skills to help with order management and tracking.
• Willingness to learn and commit to professional development.

Responsibilities

About the role

This isn’t your average day job! As part of our branch team, you’ll enjoy a mix of responsibilities both in the branch and out on the road, delivering directly to our valued members.

No two days will be the same—this is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and opportunities to grow.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods to our members.
• Use our computer system to track, log, and complete delivery runs accurately.
• Assist with branch stock management and inventory activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, including over-the-counter sales to members.
• Contribute to the team’s success by being a supportive and proactive team member.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy branch to create a welcoming environment for everyone.
