Job summary

Gravity Resources is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support the Gladstone operations, coordinating day-to-day activities across warehousing, inventory, purchasing and branch administration. This hands-on role involves working with suppliers, managing stock and ensuring customer needs are met.

You will interact with customers and internal teams, build relationships, and help implement practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience across branch operations, warehousing, logistics and industrial supply.
• Experience in industrial, trade, construction or engineering supply environments.
• Hands-on approach to operations and problem solving.
• Exposure to warehouse, inventory, purchasing or logistics activities.
• Able to understand technical products and systems and learn quickly.
• Strong organisational skills coordinating multiple priorities.
• Confident interacting with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using ERP, inventory or business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and support purchasing and inventory control.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to meet branch requirements.
• Support and collaborate with warehouse and branch staff.
• Identify day-to-day operational issues and help implement improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist with scheduling, administration and general branch needs.
• Support reporting, forecasting and branch performance activities.
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse and branch environment.
• Collaborate with senior management on ongoing development of Gladstone operation.
