Job summary

Gravity Resources in Gladstone is seeking an experienced Branch Coordinator to support our industrial operations. This hands-on role covers warehouse and distribution, inventory control, purchasing and general branch administration.

You will work closely with management to meet customer and stock requirements, identify improvements, and build relationships with customers and suppliers. There is potential to develop into broader branch management over time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience across branch operations, warehousing, logistics or industrial supply.
• Experience in industrial, trade, construction, manufacturing, or engineering supply.
• Hands-on approach to operations and problem solving.
• Ability to understand technical products and systems and learn quickly.
• Interest in developing commercial and leadership capability over time.
• Experience using ERP, inventory or business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and support purchasing and inventory control.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet branch requirements.
• Support warehouse and branch staff.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist scheduling, administration and branch requirements.
• Support reporting, forecasting and branch performance.
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse and branch environment.
• Work with senior management on development of the Gladstone operation.
