Job summary

Randstad in Dubbo is seeking a dynamic Branch Operations Lead to head our established facility. In this multi-faceted leadership role, you will take full ownership of site operations, leading trade counter services, warehouse fulfillment, inventory control, and customer care while driving a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proven background managing operations, trade retail, distribution, or branch teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L, stock control, and team coaching.
• Customer-focused leadership with excellent communication skills.
• Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations and trade team.
• Oversee day-to-day branch fulfillment, trade desk activities, and logistics.
• Manage branch P&L, control operational costs, and monitor sales results.
• Maintain stock accuracy, manage branch assets, and enforce strict WHS standards.
• Build strong relationships with local trade accounts and commercial suppliers.
