Blackwoods in Dubbo, NSW is seeking an experienced, people-focused Trade Store Manager to lead the branch and oversee Customer Care, Warehouse and Trade Store operations to deliver outstanding service.

You will coach and develop the team, manage daily performance, stock, and relationships with customers and suppliers, and drive safety, growth, and continuous improvement within a strong learning culture.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Business Management or equivalent experience.

We’re seeking an experienced and people‑focused Trade Store Manager to lead our branch in Dubbo, NSW.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations across Customer Care, Warehouse, and Trade Store functions—driving performance, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.

As a leader in the business, you’ll guide your team to success, build strong customer relationships, and create a safe, high‑performing work environment.
