Job summary

Randstad seeks a dynamic Branch Operations Lead for our Dubbo facility. You will head up trade, warehouse, and customer support, driving safety, stock integrity, and service levels. Lead a skilled team, mentor staff, and optimize day-to-day operations to achieve financial and service goals.

The role requires proven operations leadership with a customer-focused approach and strong communication. A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable, and a valid driver’s licence is expected.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L, stock control, and team coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade, warehouse and operational teams, setting direction and performance.

• Manage branch P&L, control costs, and monitor sales results.
• Maintain stock accuracy, manage branch assets, and enforce WHS standards.
• Build strong relationships with local trade accounts and suppliers.

In this multi-faceted leadership role, you will take full ownership of site operations-leading trade counter services, warehouse fulfillment, inventory control, and customer care functions while driving a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations and trade team.

Oversee day-to-day branch fulfillment, trade desk activities, and logistics. Manage branch P&L, control operational costs, and monitor sales results. Maintain stock accuracy, manage branch assets, and enforce strict WHS standards.

Build strong relationships with local trade accounts and commercial suppliers. What You'll Bring
