Job summary

Randstad Australia in Dubbo is seeking a dynamic Branch Operations Lead to head up our established facility. This permanent, full‑time role covers trade counter services, warehouse fulfillment, inventory control and customer care.

You will recruit and lead the operations and trade team, manage day‑to‑day branch fulfillment, oversee P&L and costs, maintain stock accuracy, and uphold strict WHS standards while building strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven background managing operations, trade retail, distribution, or branch teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L, stock control, and team coaching.
• Customer-focused leadership style with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade counter services, warehouse fulfillment, inventory control and customer care.
• Oversee day-to-day branch fulfillment, trade desk activities, and logistics; manage P&L and costs.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Operations Lead to head up our established facility in Dubbo.

In this multi-faceted leadership role, you will take full ownership of site operations-leading trade counter services, warehouse fulfillment, inventory control, and customer care functions while driving a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations and trade team.

Oversee day-to-day branch fulfillment, trade desk activities, and logistics. Manage branch P&L, control operational costs, and monitor sales results. Maintain stock accuracy, manage branch assets, and enforce strict WHS standards.

Build strong relationships with local trade accounts and commercial suppliers.

What You'll Bring

Proven background managing operations, trade retail, distribution, or branch teams. Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L, stock control, and team coaching. Customer-focused leadership style with excellent communication skills.

Relevant tertiary/business qualifications (desirable) and a valid Driver's Licence.
