Job summary

HCF, based at the Macquarie Centre Branch in Sydney, seeks a Branch Member Consultant to guide members in healthcare choices and provide needs-based selling of health, life, and other insurance products. The role includes Saturdays once or twice a month with extra pay for those shifts.

Training starts with one week at Head Office, plus ongoing coaching to build confidence and success in a collaborative team environment. Flexible leave and family-friendly options support work-life balance.

Job description

As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.

Location & Hours

This full-time position is based in our HCF Macquarie Centre Branch.

You will also be required to work 1 - 2 Saturday's per month from 9am - 12pm, with additional pay provided for these shifts.

Flexibility

Training

Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 19th October). This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role. You will also be provided with consistent, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed and build confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Embrace face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling, highlighting our diverse range of health, life, and other insurance products. This may also include opportunities to broaden your business development skills outside of the HCF branch and in your local community.
• Ensure resolutions to our members' problems that go beyond expectations.
• Maintain the accuracy of our membership information in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
