HCF Tweed Heads Branch is hiring a Branch Member Consultant to help members choose suitable health cover. In this full-time role, you will meet clients in person and by phone, guiding needs-based decisions across our health, life, and other insurance products.

Training starts with a week at our Sydney Head Office, with travel and accommodation arranged. We provide coaching, a supportive team, and a culture focused on purpose and member wellbeing.

Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.**Location & Hours**This full-time position is based in our HCF Tweed Heads Branch.**Flexibility**We offer one Family & Friends day and 3 additional flexible leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.**Training**Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 19th October or 30th November) with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role.
