HCF is seeking a Branch Member Consultant at the Castle Hill branch in New South Wales. This full-time role involves face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling of health, life, and other insurance products, helping members make informed healthcare choices, and maintaining accurate membership records.

You will join a supportive team with ongoing coaching, training in Sydney CBD, and flexible leave options.

Use your sales and customer service expertise to make a real difference through meaningful member conversations**About the Role**As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.**Location & Hours**This full-time position is based in our HCF Castle Hill Branch. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5pm.You will also be required to work 1 - 2 Saturday's per month from 9am - 12pm, with additional pay provided for these shifts.**Flexibility**We offer one Family & Friends day and 3 additional flexible leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.**Training**Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 19th October). This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role.
