Job summary

HCF is seeking a Medical Network Account Manager to drive strategic business development initiatives across our medical network, strengthen partnerships and improve member outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver effective programs, governance and delivery frameworks in a complex environment.

Ideal candidates bring experience in business development, partnership management or strategic programs, with strong commercial insight and stakeholder

You combine commercial thinking with strong relationship management and are comfortable working independently through ambiguity and complexity.**You will ideally bring:*** Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, project delivery or strategic program implementation. (A background in international business within Health Insurance, Health Funds or Insurance is highly desirable)* Experience in a complex service-based, regulated or customer-focused environment.* Strong commercial and analytical capability, including developing business cases, interpreting data and evaluating financial or operational impacts.* Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.* Sound judgement, problem-solving capability and the ability to operate independently.* Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing recommendations, reports and executive-level updates.* A relevant tertiary qualification in business, health, commerce, management, project management or a related discipline is desirable.* Experience in regulated industries, supplier or partner management, service design, governance, continuous improvement or customer and member experience initiatives will be highly regarded.**About HCF**At HCF, our purpose is to bring our human touch to healthcare.
