HCF Tweed Heads Branch is recruiting for a Branch Member Consultant to help members choose suitable health cover and related products. You will blend face-to-face and phone discussions with needs-based selling to guide informed healthcare decisions.

As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.
This full-time position is based in our HCF Tweed Heads Branch.
We offer one Family & Friends day and 3 additional flexible leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 19th October or 30th November) with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role. You will also be provided with consistent, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed and build confidence.
Salaries start at $66K plus super plus incentive!
