Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited in Shepparton is seeking a store manager to lead our team and continue our reputation for outstanding service, strong customer relationships and commercial success.

As Store Manager, you'll oversee all store operations, coach a high performing retail team, drive sales growth, manage inventory, and champion safety and a customer-first culture. You will be hands-on and lead from the front to deliver exceptional Stratco experiences.

We're looking for a driven, people-focused Store Manager to lead our Shepparton team and continue building on our reputation for outstanding service, strong customer relationships and commercial success.

This is a leadership role with real influence. You'll be responsible for driving performance, developing your team and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional Stratco experience.

About the Role
