Qualifications

• Experience managing a heavy vehicle workshop or fleet maintenance operation.
• Strong people leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Sound understanding of heavy vehicle servicing, repairs and field service operations.
• Commercial capability across budgets, cost control and business performance.
• A practical problem solver who takes ownership and builds trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your team, setting clear expectations and building a positive culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Lead safety and compliance, embedding safe work practices and company standards into daily operations.
• Optimise workshop and field service delivery, coordinating resources and reducing downtime.
• Drive financial performance through cost control, revenue growth, budget management and resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams, communicating clearly and following through on commitments.
• Improve branch performance, delivering company goals and lasting operational improvements.
