Job summary

Onsite Rental Group is seeking a Branch Manager for our Deception Bay location. You will lead a brand-new branch, build a high-performing team, and drive safety, customer service and profitability across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will shape operations, ensure compliance, mentor staff, and partner with the sales team to grow the business in Queensland’s northern corridor. The role demands strong leadership, commercial acumen and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Operational management experience with P&L responsibilities.
• Strong people leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Previous experience in rental, industrial, construction or related industry.
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills, organisation and accuracy.
• Sound computer skills with ability to use databases and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch safety culture and compliance requirements.
• Manage branch operations to deliver branch profit, performance, people and customer service requirements.
• Drive business processes to optimise operational efficiencies and performance.
• Build and maintain a strong, cohesive team environment aligned with Onsite's values.
• Train and mentor branch team to deliver exceptional customer service and high standards of work.
• Ensure all required reporting and end-of-month processes are completed.
• Support sales activities and team to grow the business in the area.
