Job summary

NAB in Geraldton is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Geraldton branch and oversee the Dongara and Northampton locations. You will coach a motivated team, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring NAB standards are consistently applied.

You will manage performance and strategic development of the branch within the Retail division, with relocation costs open for discussion for the right candidate.

• Experience in management and inspiring others; no banking experience required.
