Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a team in a management/supervisory role.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
• Outstanding customer service leadership and complaint handling.
• Experience in network operations with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team and drive revenue to meet budget.
• Manage the branch P&L.
• Plan staffing with Area manager for profitability.
• Ensure rostering and payroll timelines are met.
• Prepare end of month reports and address losses.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and workshop standards.
• Develop customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Coach safe work practices and PPE compliance.
