Job summary

Darling Downs Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for our Dalby branch to lead a growing regional team and drive local banking relationships. You will leverage your leadership skills, lending experience and business development capabilities to partner with the community, oversee branch operations, and deliver outstanding service while coaching staff and managing risk.

This is a hands-on role where you will be visible in the community, directly influencing customer outcomes and the bank’s growth

-Have proven success in a leadership position coupled with strong people management skills, enjoy leading from the front and being hands on with our customers and community.
-Be experienced in branch operations, risk management, coaching and development and lending.
