Job summary

National Windscreens, part of the NWG ADAS & Windscreens Group, seeks a proactive Branch Manager to lead our Alice Springs branch in the Northern Territory. You will drive daily operations, lead a small team, and manage customer relations while coordinating with senior management for strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record as a Branch Manager, Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager, or Retail Manager.
• Skills: Strong communication, team management skills, business awareness, and proficient computer literacy.
• Licence: A current valid driver’s licence is mandatory.
• NT DAMA visa eligibility and English proficiency guidelines are required.

Responsibilities

• Operations & profitability: Direct day-to-day branch workflows, monitor financial performance against budgets, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Team leadership: Manage staff rosters, coach team members, drive a positive workshop culture, and oversee performance.
• Stock & purchasing: Manage inventory, oversee stock control, build local supplier relationships, and ensure product availability.
• Sales & customer relations: Drive growth across retail, fleet, insurance, and trade client accounts while delivering high-quality customer service over the phone and in person.
• Compliance: Maintain strict WHS standards, store security, and accurate administrative record-keeping.
• Hands-on support: Step in to assist with basic automotive glass fitting or repairs during busy periods (on-the-job training provided).

Branch Manager (Automotive / Autoglazing) – Relocation to NT

National Windscreens is one of Australia’s largest independent automotive glass companies, servicing retail, trade, fleet, and insurance customers nationwide for over 30 years. As part of the expanding NWG ADAS & Windscreens Group, we are looking for a driven and hands‑on Branch Manager to lead our established Alice Springs branch.

What We Offer

• Attractive Remuneration: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super (negotiable higher based on experience).

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will take operational ownership of the Alice Springs branch, leading a close‑knit team of three (2 qualified fitters and 1 highly experienced leading hand). You will balance business management, team leadership, and customer service while receiving continuous backing from senior management.
