Job summary

Instant Windscreens is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local branch, drive sales growth, and uphold our customer-first culture. You’ll be the heartbeat of the team, managing booking schedules, stock and assets, and building a collaborative, high-performing work environment daily.

Ideal candidates will have automotive experience and a passion for service excellence, with strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or automotive glass industry preferred.
• Ability to manage a branch booking schedule to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, energy and work ethic.
• Excellent communication with staff and customers.
• Experience building and leading a collaborative team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
