Job summary

AgriWest Robertson is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Robertson branch, drive sales growth, manage operations and develop the team in the Southern Highlands.

Located on-site, you will partner with local producers, deliver exceptional customer service, promote safety, and pursue new business opportunities in agronomy, rural merchandise and livestock solutions. This role offers a competitive remuneration package and company vehicle.

Working closely with local producers, you'll help strengthen AgriWest's presence in the region while leading a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll take responsibility for the overall success of the branch, driving sales growth, operational excellence and team performance while continuing to build strong relationships throughout the local agricultural community.
