Job summary

AgriWest in Robertson is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Robertson branch, drive sales, operations and team performance, while strengthening ties with local producers and delivering outstanding customer service.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will mentor a high-performing team, improve profitability, manage inventory, promote safety, and pursue new business opportunities in rural merchandise, agronomy and livestock solutions.

• Leadership experience in agribusiness, rural merchandise, agriculture, retail or related industry.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Robertson branch. Located in the heart of the Southern Highlands, Robertson is renowned for its rich agricultural heritage, supporting dairy, beef, pasture and horticultural enterprises. Working closely with local producers, you'll help strengthen AgriWest's presence in the region while leading a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:
