Job summary

Elders Griffith Branch seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in the Riverina region. You will manage all branch operations, mentor staff, and drive growth across agricultural products and merchandise with a focus on customer relationships in store and in the field.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will build relationships with local producers, empower the team, and deliver professional service while achieving sales targets in a dynamic regional environment.

• Have a proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services

As an Elders Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Your expert team management skills will allow you to support sales staff and empower them to grow with the support of an experienced network.
