Qualifications

• Leadership experience or potential for a hands-on Branch Leader role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coach and lead teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering member service excellence.
• ASIC Tier II accreditation or willingness to obtain within three months.
• Banking or customer-focused industry experience is welcome but not essential.
