Job summary

Circularity Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our irrigation and landscaping services retail, drive sales across retail and trade channels, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will manage staff and inventory, provide expert technical advice on irrigation systems and related products, and shape the growth strategy while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in irrigation, landscaping, hardware, plumbing, or a closely related industry.
• Previous experience managing a branch or retail operation.
• Proven success in retail sales and business-to-business / trade sales environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing or leading a small team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in technical or customer-facing situations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with trade accounts and repeat business clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable trading.
• Drive sales performance across retail, trade, and business-to-business customer channels.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base.
• Actively participate in sales activities, providing expert advice and closing sales where required.
• Manage and grow trade accounts, maintaining strong long-term business relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both public and trade customers.
• Provide expert technical advice on irrigation systems, landscaping solutions, hardware, and plumbing products.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a small retail team to achieve high performance and engagement.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimising stock loss and excess.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer accounts, and trade relationships.
