Job summary

Reece Irrigation and Pools is seeking a Branch Staff member for the Canning Vale location in Australia. You will assist landscapers, irrigation specialists and tradespeople, providing product information, quotes, and stock support while helping run the branch smoothly.

This role offers hands-on development with a clear pathway into future leadership roles across the network, supported by experienced Branch Leaders and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or leadership roles is desirable.
• Comfortable helping customers in person and over the phone.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information.
• Quote customers in person and over the phone.
• Pick, pack and stock control activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Upskill through on-the-job training and grow into leadership roles.
