Job summary
HCF invites applications for a Branch Manager at our Bondi Branch. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional member service, drive growth in health, life and overseas insurance, and manage branch operations within budget.
The role may require occasional Saturday shifts at other local branches with extra pay. The role is a fixed-term contract through January 2028, with one-week training at our Sydney Head Office and ongoing coaching to support your transition and success in this
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams to achieve sales goals
- Proven ability to manage branch operations and budgets
- Strong customer service and product knowledge
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays and across local branches
Responsibilities
- Develop membership growth strategies across Health, Life and Overseas Insurance products
- Lead external activities for acquisition and partnerships
- Drive first point resolution for member inquiries and complaints
- Ensure branch staffing aligns with customer service needs and budget
- Coach and develop branch staff with regular feedback
- Oversee branch operations within budget and policy framework
- Propose improvements to sales, workflow or distribution
