Job summary

TJM is seeking a Branch 2IC in Australia to support the Branch Manager, lead a high-performing team, and drive everyday operations with a focus on customer service and sales growth.

You will coach staff, manage performance, and contribute to a positive, results-oriented culture while representing a respected 4x4 accessories brand. This is a full-time, overtime-paid role with opportunities for career progression.

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, trade, or service environment.

As the Branch 2IC at TJM, you’ll play a key leadership role in supporting the Branch Manager, driving business success and leading a motivated, high-performing team.

From coaching and developing staff to driving performance, overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll make a real impact across the branch.
