Job summary

The TJX Australia is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead Processing Centre operations at Marsden Park, Sydney, focusing on developing people, driving operational excellence and inspiring high-performing teams.

You will manage night shift initially with exposure to afternoon and morning shifts, and partner with stakeholders to drive safety, quality, cost outcomes and continuous improvement in a fast-paced supply chain.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large, high-performing teams through leaders.
• Strong operational, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated environments.
• A resilient, collaborative leadership style with a passion for people development.
