Lindsay Australia is seeking a Box Maker / Forklift Driver to join the Lindsay Rural team in Bundaberg on a full-time basis. You will operate the box machine to produce cartons, perform maintenance, and assist with forklift tasks as required.

No prior experience is required—this is a learning opportunity to start a career while keeping our warehouse moving. A valid forklift ticket and a mechanical mindset are valued, with ongoing safety and training supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Forklift ticket.
• Prior experience in a similar environment; box machine experience highly regarded but not essential.
• Mechanical background advantageous.
• Good attention to detail with a strong customer service focus.
• Good work ethic, reliability and good communication skills.
• Able to take direction, work under pressure and to changing timelines.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.

We are seekingaBox Maker / Forklift Driver to join our Lindsay Rural team inBundaberg on a Full-time basis.

This role would suit a mechanically minded person as you will also be maintaining the box machine. No prior experience is required - this is an opportunity to learn and start a career, keep our warehouse moving along.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Safe and appropriate operation of the Box Machine to produce cartons.




• Pre-checks, manual configuration, ongoing maintenance & cleaning of the machine.




• Quality checking of cartons and stack & store in appropriate manner.




• Unloading/loading trucks with the forklift - if valid licence & experience held




• General housekeeping of yard and warehouse

About you:

• Current and valid Forklift ticket

To be successful for this role applicants must:

• Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test




• Be flexible and able to work over weekends as required




• Able to work in and around chemical, fertilizer, nutrient and packaging
