Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a qualified Visual Merchandiser to join our NSW VM team in Sydney's Market Street. This 12-month contract role focuses on upholding Chanel's luxury visual standards, creating compelling displays, and supporting the Head of Boutique to achieve commercial outcomes.

You will organize POS tools, install window and in-store displays, and contribute to special events. A degree in Visual Merchandising and relevant retail experience are required; a strong sense of fashion and brand DNA

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Visual Merchandising or equivalent.
Experience in visual merchandising in retail environments.
Strong eye for fashion, luxury branding and retail presentation.
Patient, detail-oriented, creative, and commercially minded.
Able to adapt to retail and image needs with flexibility.

Responsibilities

Prepare and organize POS tools and in-store/window displays.
Install and refresh window displays, mannequins and displays across collections.
Maintain high visual presentation standards in boutique.
Ensure consistency of brand image across merchandising and displays.
Plan and install displays for special events (shows, previews, private viewings).
Support VM team with window and in-store merchandising during changes.
