Job summary

Manning Cartell in Sydney's Strand Arcade is seeking a confident Sales Assistant for a casual role. You will deliver personalised styling, drive sales, and build lasting client relationships.

You will engage with premium customers, style recommendations, and contribute to boutique targets while representing the brand with warmth and authenticity.

BOUTIQUE SALES ASSISTANTMANNING CARTELL | STRAND ARCADE | CASUAL

Join MANNING CARTELL and be part of an Australian designer brand redefining modern luxury.

We are looking for a confident, commercially driven and fashion-focused Sales Assistant to join our Strand Arcade boutique on a casual basis. This is a customer-facing role for someone who loves fashion, styling and selling — and understands that exceptional service and strong commercial performance go hand in hand. You'll be at the forefront of the MANNING CARTELL brand, working closely with our clients to create a highly personalised experience, from the first interaction through to styling, purchase and thoughtful follow-up. You'll have the opportunity to build genuine client relationships, develop your own client book and play an important role in the success of our Strand Arcade boutique.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering an elevated and highly personalised experience to every client
• Styling clients with confidence and creating considered, commercially relevant recommendations
• Building genuine client relationships and actively developing your client book through clienteling and follow-up
• Driving sales and contributing to boutique targets through confident, strategic selling
• Developing a strong knowledge of MANNING CARTELL's collections, design philosophy and brand story
• Creating a polished, welcoming and inspiring boutique environment
• Working collaboratively with the team while taking ownership of your individual performance
• Representing MANNING CARTELL with confidence, warmth and authenticity

We're looking for someone who is naturally engaging, commercially motivated and genuinely passionate about fashion.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in premium, luxury or designer fashion retail
• A demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Confidence in styling and making considered product recommendations
• A natural ability to build rapport and develop long-term client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished, warm and approachable presence
• Initiative, energy and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of the boutique
• Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
